Refund Policy

Thank you for being a part of Shananigans Mail Club! Because every item in your shipment is handmade and hand-curated with care, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We truly appreciate your support and understanding. 

Damages & Lost Shipments 

We want every delivery to feel like a little gift. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away at shananigansmailclub@gmail.com if your package never arrived or if any item arrived severely damaged beyond what normal transit wear and tear would cause. We'll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items 

All sales are final. This includes all Shananigans Mail Club subscriptions, monthly shipments, individual shop items, and sale items.

Refunds 

Because all items are handmade and hand-curated, we do not offer refunds. However, if your order was lost in transit or arrived with significant damage, please reach out to us at shananigansmailclub@gmail.com and we'll find a resolution together.
